Customized Packaging
Each item is put through a number of quality checks to guarantee that we send you the ideal jewels in a secure manner. After passing quality checks, the jewelry is packaged butter paper, and several sheets of bubble wrap to secure the safest transportation possible. We receive the packed goods in a jewelry box.

Safe Shipping
To guarantee that we deliver your jewelry safely and on schedule, it will first be packaged carefully and then dispatched using one of our reliable delivery partners, such as Blue-dart, Delhivery, or E-com Express. The most reliable FedEx or DHL carriers are used to ship international shipments.
Please get in touch with our customer service if you need any help with the shipment of your order or have any problems.
Please remember: If you believe the shipment may have been tampered with before delivery, you may refuse to accept it.

Joy of Unboxing
Your order’s tracking information will be emailed to you once it has been shipped. We value your understanding and confidence in us as we work to deliver your things to you safely and as soon as possible so that you can enjoy the unpacking process.
Deliveries for domestic orders often take 1 to 5 days, while those for overseas orders typically take 5 to 10 working days. Depending on the region, the delivery time and date could change.

Crafts & Beads’ Standard Shipping Fees
• We offer free delivery on orders over INR 499; otherwise, an automatic INR 50 shipping fee will be charged.
• All foreign shipments are subject to a shipping fee of INR 2000.
• For orders using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, an extra fee of INR 50 will be charged, regardless of the amount of the cart.

Please take note that international orders cannot use the Cash On Delivery option.
Important Information: For foreign orders, the buyer is responsible for any additional fees, such as import duties or customs duties that may apply.
