Cancellation Policy

We only acknowledge cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order.
Please follow these two steps to cancel an order:
Either go to your order and cancel it. Or, mail us or contact us with your order id.

Return Policy

We are committed to providing a secure shopping platform in order to make your shopping experience with us as simple and hassle-free as possible.
Please take a moment to try on all of your new jewellery. If you still intend to return, we will gladly assist you with the return and refund process with no questions asked.
You will have a 7 day return period after receiving the products, and customers are required to submit the return request within that time frame. You can also contact our customer service team at any time if you have any questions about your order, payment, or shipment.


Please keep in mind that Naths (Nose Pins) and Toe Rings are not returnable due to hygiene concerns.


Here’s how you can easily return products.
Proceed to the Return Center and fill out the returns form; once you’ve requested the return, you’ll receive an email notifying you of it.
We usually respond to your return request and schedule a reverse pick-up within 24 working hours. Once we have confirmed the return request, we will send you an email with instructions on how to return the products.


Instructions for completing our Return Form Inside the Returns Centre
1. Enter your order number, contact number, and email address.
2. Choose which unused products you want to return.
3. Take a photo of the items you’re returning and upload it.
4. Submit a return shipping request.
The return shipment will be scheduled to the original delivery location, and our delivery partner will inspect the products at the time of pick-up.
Please Note: Please return the products in their original packaging and with the original bill.

Refund
After the return shipment is received and examined at our facility, the refund will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. For all COD orders, a link will be sent to your registered mobile number, where you will need to enter your bank details to redeem the refund amount. It usually takes 24 working hours to process the refund, and it may take another 4-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account.


Do you provide an exchange service?
If you are looking for an online exchange, please request the return of the product you have already received and place a new order directly on our website. Because our products sell quickly, we recommend placing an order right away if you don’t want to miss out on your favourite jewellery designs. If your order was prepaid, a full refund will be issued for the returned products.
Products purchased online can also be exchanged at our Retail Store within 15 days of delivery.


Please take note that once the product is received and inspected at our facilities, the refund process for the returned goods will begin.


Can I Cancel My Order?
By sending us an email you can ask to have your order cancelled. If the order has already been dispatched, just cancel it and return the items when they are delivered.

What if I place an international order?
Please get in touch with us for any foreign orders.
Please take note that your products must be brand-new, unopened, and in the original packing, tags, and invoice in order to be eligible for a return.

Refund Policy

  1. We take great care to inspect each and every piece before packing and shipping it to you, so you don’t have to worry about anything. However, we understand that you may wish to change your mind or that there may be some issues, such as sizing, that you will discover only after receiving the products. As a result, we provide an easy exchange process to cover those cases.
    Any issues concerning defects, damages, or sizing must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the items, or they will be ignored
  2. Items must be returned unused and with all original packaging.
    You may exchange the item or receive store credit for future purchases, which is valid for one year only.
    Items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers, or other discount offers will not be exchanged.
    As soon as you notify us, we will begin the exchange process and walk you through it step by step.

  3. After you receive the product, you have 24 hours to exchange it under our exchange policy. Any cases of late notification or any excessive demand will be handled at the company’s discretion, and we reserve the right to not process those returns in order to prevent any abuse of this policy.
  4. We only cover shipping costs for the first exchange. Customers must follow the following procedures for any additional exchanges on the same order: Within 5 working days, send the merchandise back to our office at their own expense. Share a picture of the courier receipt with us so we can monitor the package. The customer service team will supply the return address. We won’t begin processing the exchange order until we have received the returned goods, in perfect condition, with all of their original packaging.
  5. We only cover shipping costs for the first exchange.   6. The customer has the option of exchanging the item or receiving store credit for future purchases, which is only valid for one year. Items on clearance sale, flash deals, festive offers, or other discount offers will not be exchanged. Please be patient when processing exchanges, as there may be a slight delay due to the festive and holiday season or the non-availability of the specific product. Each product includes specific details such as color, raw material, size, and so on. We write it in an easy-to-read style, and we encourage all of our customers to read it before placing their orders.
  7. On exchange products, no additional discounts are available. Returns or exchanges on gifts can only be initiated by the original purchaser or the product.
  8. We do not offer any refund option for any of our products.
